A book for readers in grades 3 and up reviewed by Donavan
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Meltdown is a book that is made to entertain, and indeed it does. This
book is amusing from beginning to end. Its main plot is about how Greg Heffley’s
entire neighborhood is having a snowball fight. His rivals have defenses, such
as walls made out of snow.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Meltdown is hilarious, and Greg Heffley is just as funny as he is in the other books in the series. This book may be simple, with Greg having off from school for winter break. But, he is not allowed to watch TV, which makes for a surprisingly entertaining experience. Overall, I would consider reading this book again in the future.
